Shipping policy
At Perfect Fit SA, we strive to provide a smooth and timely shipping experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, shipping and delivery.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed and delivered within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: R100
- Free delivery: for orders R2000 and above.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We ship domestically within South Africa for the time being.
4. Missed or Lost Deliveries
- By placing your order, you accept that the goods will be delivered to any person at the delivery address. We do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
- If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at info@perfectfitsa.com within 7 days of purchase.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement if necessary.
5. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Shipping Delays
- While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier or other external factors may occur.
- Perfect Fit SA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or any circumstances beyond our control.
